Third Party Module (Overview and list)
HtkDoli’s Third Party module allows you to consult, search, and manage your customers, prospects, and suppliers in a unified way optimized for mobile use.
Interface and Features
The main view shows a list of all your third parties, enriched with status badges and contextual quick actions.
Consultation and Research
- Search bar: Allows you to instantly search for a third party by name, customer/supplier code, city, or email address.
- Sorting: Third parties can be sorted alphabetically (A→Z, Z→A) or by creation date (newest, oldest). Scrolling displays a floating letter or date superimposed to help you find your way easily.
- Filters: An icon at the top of the screen allows you to display only certain types of third parties: All, Customers, Prospects, Suppliers, or third parties with a Closed status.
Information displayed (Third Party Cards)
Each third party line (or card) presents:
- An avatar (third party logo if it exists, or its initials on a colored background depending on its type: blue for customer, orange for prospect, green for supplier).
- The name of the third party.
- Badges for its code (customer/supplier), its category (Customer, Prospect, Supplier) and its status (Closed).
- Its main contact details (City, Email, and landline/mobile phone numbers).
Quick actions (Context menu and swipes)
By performing a long press on a third party, a context menu appears to quickly interact with them:
- Calls and messages: Make a call to the switchboard or mobile, send an email or an SMS.
- Directions: Open the navigation application (Maps) at the third party’s address.
- Quick creations (Coming soon): The options to directly create a quote, invoice or ticket from this menu are planned in future updates.
- Management: Modify the file, share its contact details in VCard format (soon available), or delete the third party.
You can also:
- Swipe left to reveal the delete button.
- Swipe right to reveal the edit button.
Business Behavior and Dolibarr
The HtkDoli Third Party module reflects the permissions and organization defined in your Dolibarr instance.
Rights and Permissions
- Reading: You must have permission to read third parties for the list to display.
- Creation / Modification: A floating button at the bottom right (”+”) allows creation. To use this function, or to modify/delete an existing third party, you must have the associated permissions in Dolibarr.
- Deletion: Deleting from HtkDoli permanently deletes the third party on the server. A confirmation alert is displayed before execution.
Synchronization
The list is loaded in packets (pagination of 50 by 50). A “Load More” button appears at the bottom if other third parties exist on the server. You can refresh the list manually via the sync icon at the top of the screen.
