Terms of Use

1. Purpose

These Terms of Use govern the use of the mobile and macOS applications published by HTKapp, available on Apple's App Store. By downloading or using one of our applications, you fully accept these terms.

2. Applications concerned

These Terms of Use apply to all applications published under the HTKapp developer account, including: HtkDoli, HtkPDF, FST and Play Guess and Reveal.

3. Subscription and payment

Some applications are offered as a monthly subscription, others as a one-time purchase. Payments are handled exclusively by Apple via the App Store. HTKapp has no access to your banking information. Any refund request must be addressed directly to Apple.

For subscriptions, renewal is automatic at the end of each period, unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date in your Apple account settings.

4. Intellectual property

All content, interfaces, graphics, logos, icons and features of HTKapp applications are the exclusive property of HTKapp and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution or use is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of liability

HTKapp strives to keep its applications operational and up to date, but cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the applications. The use of the applications is the sole responsibility of the user.

6. Applicable law

These Terms of Use are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
