The HtkDoli Knowledge Base module allows you to access, consult and manage your company’s internal documentation in a centralized manner.

The module interface has been designed to offer smooth navigation and efficient search for information.
Research and Consultation
- Search bar: Quickly find an article by entering relevant keywords.
- Browsing by categories: Browse the category tree to discover content in a structured way.
- Detailed view: View articles with a clear layout, supporting advanced formatting.
Actions available
- Creation of articles: Add new articles directly from the application.
- Change: Update existing articles to keep the documentation up to date.
Business Behavior and Dolibarr
The module reflects the structure and data of the Knowledge Management module (Knowledge Base) configured on your Dolibarr instance.
Rights and Permissions
Access and possible actions strictly depend on the permissions granted to your user profile in Dolibarr:
- Reading: The user must have consultation rights for the Knowledge Base module to see the list of articles and their content.
- Creation / Editing: Additional rights are required to create new articles or modify existing content.
- Deletion: A high permission level (usually administrator or documentation manager) is required to delete an article.
Changes made in HtkDoli are synchronized in real time with your Dolibarr instance, ensuring that all collaborators always have the most recent documentation.
