Contacts Module

The Contacts module is the directory of people in your Dolibarr: the people attached to your third parties, and those who belong to none.

The list

Contacts are grouped by initial, with an index that jumps straight to a letter. Each row shows:

the contact's name;
their job title, when filled in;
the company they belong to — or "No third party" for an independent contact;
their email address.

Search, sorting and refresh sit in the top bar, as in the other modules. The filter offers All, With email and No third party, each with its count.

Quick actions

A long press on a contact offers New email (if they have an address) and Call (mobile, otherwise office), as well as the colour flags; swiping right sets or removes the default flag.

There is no "+" button here: a contact is created from its third party's record (Contacts card, Add a contact button), where it is also edited and deleted.

The contact record

The record shows the contact's identity and status, then:

a "Mail" shortcut that opens a new message straight away;
tappable contact details — tap a number to call, tap an address to write;
the Parent third party card, with View the third-party record;
the Dolibarr record identifier;
attached documents, which you can view and add to from your phone.

The share button at the top sends the record to another app.

Contacts and third parties

A contact attached to a third party also appears in that third party's record, under Contacts. Both views show the same Dolibarr data: editing one updates the other at the next synchronisation.
