1. Data collected
HtkPDF does not collect any personal data. The application contains no analytics, advertising, or behavioral tracking SDK.
Local file processing
All PDF files you open, annotate, or edit are processed exclusively on your device. No file is transmitted to our servers or to third parties. HtkPDF does not require network access to function.
Data stored locally
- PDF files: kept in the application's local storage or in the locations you choose (iCloud Drive, iOS Files).
- Annotations and edits: saved locally within the files themselves.
- Preferences: display settings kept locally on the device.
2. iCloud access
If you choose to open files from iCloud Drive, syncing is handled directly by iOS and Apple — HTKapp does not access it. Refer to Apple's privacy policy for more information.
3. Data sharing
We do not collect, sell, or share any data from the use of HtkPDF.
4. Your rights (GDPR)
The application sends us no data: on that side, there is nothing to access, rectify or delete.
When you write to us through the support form or by email, however, we keep your message and contact details for as long as it takes to handle your request. That processing is described in our legal notice: purpose, legal basis and retention period. You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of that data, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL. To exercise those rights, write to contact@htkapp.com.
